I acknowledge that I am initiating the cancellation of my ArmorPoint service. I understand the following steps:

**Preparation:**
Before proceeding, I confirm that I have reviewed and meet the Termination/Cancellation requirements as outlined in my ArmorPoint Master Service Agreement (MSA) to avoid potential penalties.

**Departure:**
Upon submitting the cancellation form, the ArmorPoint Service Delivery Team will begin necessary actions and notify relevant parties. I understand that I will receive a dedicated ticket within the ArmorPoint Portal containing:
– Instructions for uninstalling ArmorPoint Agents
– EDR uninstall guidelines
– Shipping label for returning the Network Sensor

If I require data retrieval, I will indicate this now for a personalized quote from the Professional Services Team. I am aware that assistance during software uninstallation is available throughout the 30-day Offboarding Period.

**Post-Departure:**
After the last day of service, ArmorPoint will review uninstallation and Network Sensor return. Any remaining devices will be communicated. I understand that monitoring will cease, and EDR endpoints will transition to Canceled Security Policy.

Final billing will include unreturned Network Sensors and any incurred fees during my service. I am aware that unreturned Network Sensors may result in additional fees. Any invoice-related queries will be directed to accounting@armorpoint.com.

Lastly, I acknowledge that my Organization, user access, and data will be disabled and purged from the Portal.

To request a cancellation of services, you must be the primary contact on the account being cancelled.
