The absence of a product or service name or logo from the list above does not constitute a waiver of ArmorPoint Trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo.

By using a ArmorPoint Trademark, in whole or in part, you acknowledge that ArmorPoint LLC is the sole owner of the ArmorPoint Trademark. You acknowledge that you will not interfere with the rights of ArmorPoint LLC in the ArmorPoint Trademark in any manner whatsoever. The goodwill derived from using any of the ArmorPoint Trademarks exclusively inures to the benefit of and belongs to ArmorPoint LLC. Except for the limited right to use as expressly permitted under these Guidelines, no other rights of any kind are granted hereunder, by implication or otherwise.

Guidelines on use:

The trademarks, service marks, trade names and trade dress of ArmorPoint LLC are valuable proprietary assets. Please adhere to the guidelines contained herein to help ArmorPoint LLC protect its trademark rights and strengthen its brand. Use of any ArmorPoint Trademark in any manner other than that stated below is not permitted in the absence of a dually executed Trademark/Copyright Usage Permission Form.

Always spell and capitalize the trademarks of ArmorPoint exactly as they are shown in the table above. Do not shorten or abbreviate any of the ArmorPoint Trademarks. Do not make up names that contain ArmorPoint Trademarks.

Please do not use a variation, phonetic equivalent, foreign language equivalent, takeoff, or abbreviation of any ArmorPoint Trademark, for any purpose.

Please do not use any ArmorPoint Trademark in connection with web sites, products, packaging, manuals, promotional/advertising materials, or for any other purpose except pursuant to a dually executed Trademark/Copyright Usage Permission Form.

Please do not use any ArmorPoint trademark in any manner that would imply an affiliation with ArmorPoint LLC or with or endorsement, sponsorship, or support of a third party product or service.

Please do not manufacture, sell or give-away merchandise or promotional items bearing any ArmorPoint including symbols, logos or icons, except pursuant to a dually executed Trademark/Copyright Usage Permission Form.

Please do not imitate the distinctive ArmorPoint web site design, logo(s) or typefaces.

Please do not use an identical or virtually identical ArmorPoint Trademark as a second level domain name.
